东方瑜伽教育联盟

      东方瑜伽教育联盟,是由东方养生瑜伽创立者石鉴月先生发起、全国五十余家资深瑜伽教育机构共同结成的瑜伽教育联盟。东方瑜伽教育联盟本着“传承本源瑜伽、实现中国瑜伽本土化”的宏大理想而建立,紧紧围绕国家体育总局的“健身瑜伽”理念与标准,共同建立科学、实用、完整的瑜伽教育培训体系。联盟成员统一使用规范的培训《教程》,按统一的教学计划与大纲进行教学,学员毕业后按照联盟统一的考核内容,进行严格考试、考核,确保培训质量,确保对学员的技术水平公开评价。同时帮助推荐所有学员参加国家体育系统的考段、考级,并为大家进行考前集训。

      为确保联盟在瑜伽理念与技术上始终立足国际前沿,东方瑜伽教育联盟成员集体参与香港“东方瑜伽国际联盟”的组建,并成为团体会员。东方瑜伽教育联盟主席石鉴月先生也当选为“东方瑜伽国际联盟”的常务副主席。




     东方瑜伽教育联盟主席石鉴月先生,系原云南佛学院教务总筹、云南民族大学客座教授,安徽省瑜伽协会副主席,国家体育总局全国瑜伽运动推广委成员、考级培训讲师。先生早年研究禅、道哲学,上世纪八十年代因探寻禅学之源而开始系统研究并习练印度传统瑜伽,先后出版《瑜伽概论》、《东方瑜伽学》《瑜伽师教程》、《瑜伽调息与冥想》、《东方阿育吠陀》等瑜伽著作。石鉴月先生是中国大陆率先开办瑜伽技能培训学校的教育家,系著名瑜瑜伽培训品牌“梵月瑜伽”的创立人,先后培养了数千名专业瑜伽教练。2012年将印度瑜伽与中华养生文化相融合创立了“东方养生瑜伽”体系,得到瑜伽界广泛认同,成为瑜伽在中国本土化的标杆;2015年在中国国际瑜伽大会上当选“中国十佳瑜伽导师”;2017年在中国瑜伽行业大会上被授予“恩师奖”。

东方瑜伽国际联盟 章程

(2017年9月25日通过)


第一章       总则

第一条 东方瑜伽国际联盟(以下简称“本联盟”),英文全称:Eastern  Yoga International Association,简称:EYIA。

本联盟是“东方养生瑜伽”全球教育培训基地及俱乐部的联盟组织。联盟基于“东方养生瑜伽”的理念与应用体系而建立,宗旨与任务是传承推广东方养生瑜伽体系,培育东方养生瑜伽教育人才,促进东方养生瑜伽学术研究与交流,推动东方养生瑜伽国际交往、信息共通、资源共享、师资互用,主持“东方养生瑜伽”教练与讲师的资质认证,是集专业性和行业性于一体的自我服务、自助服务组织。

第二条  本联盟总部与全球教育认证中心设于中国香港,在中国安徽设有办事处(秘书处);在欧洲、北美洲、澳洲设有分部。

第三条  本联盟的组织成员,为东方养生瑜伽教育基地中国总部授权的各国、各地区连锁机构,包括教育培训机构、俱乐部等。

第四条  本联盟章程的制订、修改与监督实施,均由本联盟大会负责。


第二章 联盟组织架构

第五条  联盟会员大会为联盟的最高决策机构,指导联盟开展工作,决定联盟重大事务。联盟大会每一年召开一次会议,情况特殊的可采用通讯形式召开。联盟大会设主席一人、副主席单位若干。

第六条  联盟大会根据工作需要设若干工作委员会或办事机构,并在海外设立分部。常设执行机构为联盟秘书处,设秘书长1名,常务融秘书长5名、副秘书长7名。

第七条  联盟设顾问委员会、专家委员会、东方养生瑜伽资质评审委员会,聘请相关资深人士指导联盟高效有序开展工作。

第八条  联盟大会行使下列职权:

1.提出联盟章程修改;

2.推选和罢免联盟主席、副主席单位;

3.审议联盟工作报告;

4.讨论并决定联盟的重大事宜;

5.根据需要不定期召开会议。

第九条  联盟秘书处行使下列职权:

1. 开展联盟日常工作,组织实施工作计划,监督工作进展情况;

2. 提名联盟主席人选,报联盟大会审议;任命副秘书长及秘书处成员。

3. 召集和主持联盟大会会议;

4. 负责联盟大会决议的落实情况;

5. 代表本联盟签署有关重要文件和参加各种重大活动。


第三章 入会条件

第十条  申请加入联盟的成员,必须具备下列条件:

1. 国内外独立合法瑜伽企业,具备一定场地规模与资金保障,在瑜伽行业具有一定的影响力;

2、拥护并有志于“东方养生瑜伽”的理念与应用体系

3、符合“东方养生瑜伽教育基地”或“东方养生瑜伽国际俱乐部”条件,并已经过总部批准加盟。

4.拥护本联盟的章程,能履行本联盟的各项义务。


第四章 入会程序

第十一条  申请加入联盟的程序如下:

1. 填写《加盟申请表》,提交单位证明的复印件;

2. 秘书处初审后报主席会议审议;

3. 经主席授权,秘书处可审批新会员并报请下次主席会议确认。


第五章 联盟成员的权利

第十二条  联盟成员平等享有联盟章程规定的各项权利:

1. 享受联盟网站所提供的相关信息免费发布服务(发布内容要以联盟成员共享的版块和栏目主题内容为准);

2. 免费参加联盟主办的培训、研讨、展览会、论坛等活动;

3.经联盟秘书处书批准,联盟成员可以联盟名义举办活动;

4. 对联盟秘书处工作提出建议、意见并进行监督。


第六章 联盟成员的义务

第十三条  联盟成员应履行联盟章程规定的各项义务:

1.遵守联盟章程,执行联盟决议,遵守行规行约;

2.承担联盟委托的工作,支持和积极参加联盟举办的各项活动;

3.推荐联盟新成员。


第七章 经费

第十四条  本联盟经费来源为:

1、会費;

2、社会捐赠;

3、本会咨询服务项目收入;

4、其他收入。

第十五条  联盟重大活动费用不足时,由各成员协商募集。


第八章 退出与除名

第十六条  联盟入会、退会自由。联盟成员因自身原因可以退出本联盟,需提交书面申请。退出本联盟的成员不得再以本联盟成员的身份开展活动。

第十七条 凡依法破产、关闭、解散、注销的联盟成员,即自动失去成员资格。

第十七条  对于背离《联盟》宗旨,违反本章程的义务规定条款并协商无效的成员,本联盟将做除名处理,通报联盟所有成员,停止其一切联盟内部活动。


第九章

第十八条  本章程未尽事宜或有关条款,经联盟大会通过,可对本章程进行补充或修正。

第十九条  本章程由联盟成立大会通过后生效。

第二十条  本章程解释权归联盟秘书处。





Eastern Yoga International Association Regulation

Chapter One: General Principles

Article 1. Eastern Yoga International Association, or acronym EYIA, is an associated organization for global educational and training institutions and clubs. Without an explicit note, “the Association” denotes EYIA in the regulation. The Association is established for the ideas and activities of “Eastern Restorative Yoga”. The objectives and missions are to inherit and propagate the methodology, incubate trainers, promote the academic study and communication of Eastern Restorative Yoga. The Association is dedicated to pushing forward international conversations, intercommunications, and resources sharing. The Association is in charge of certification and accreditation (C&A) of coaches and instructors. It is an association integrated professional and industrial self-help and self-service.


Article 2. The headquarters (Secretariat) of the Association and center of global education C&A is in Anhui Province, China. Branches of the Association are opened in Europe, North America, and Australia.


Article 3. The organizational members of the Association are subsidiaries in each region or country authorized by the headquarters of EYIA in China. A subsidiary is an educational and training institution, club, etc.


Article 4. The Association Congress is responsible for preparation, amendment, supervision, and enforcement of the regulation.

Chapter Two: Organizational Structure of the Association

Article 5. The Association Congress is a supreme decision-making body. It guides tasks and judges critical affairs of the Association. The Association Congress takes place annually. In exceptional conditions, the style of the Association Congress can be run as correspondences. The Association Congress has appointed one chairman and several vice-chairmen.


Article 6. To satisfy the demand of tasks, the Association Congress forms several committees or offices, and opens overseas branches. The long-term enforcing agency is Secretariat, organized by one Secretary-General, 5 Executive Secretary-Generals, and 7 Deputy Secretary-Generals.


Article 7. The Association appoints an advisory committee, an expert committee, and an Eastern Restorative Yoga C&A committee. Specialists related to the scope of the Association are invited to guide Association works toward a highly efficient and planned manner.


Article 8. The Association Congress has authority to execute the listed actions:

1.      Propose a revision of the regulation.

2.      Elect or dismiss a chairman or a vice-chairman.

3.      Review work reports of the Association.

4.      Discuss and determine critical decisions.

5.      Schedule meetings by demands.


Article 9. The Secretariat has authority to execute the listed actions:

1.      Carry out daily tasks of the Association. Organize and implement working plans. Supervise working progress.

2.      Nominate chairman candidates of the Association to the Association Congress for review. Appoint deputy secretary-generals and members of Secretariat.

3.      Organize and coordinate the Association Congress.

4.      Be responsible for auditing the progress of goals developed in the Association Congress.

5.      Represent the Association to sign important paperwork and participate in kinds of important events.

Chapter Three: Enrollment Requirements

Article 10. An applicant of the Association must meet the listed requirements:

1.      Have legal individual domestic and overseas business. Have capability to provide well-established space and funding support. Have certain impaction in Yoga business.

2.      Appreciate and aspire to make efforts for the ideas and activities of “Eastern Restorative Yoga”

3.      Satisfy the requirements of “Eastern Restorative Yoga Educational Institution” or “Eastern Restorative Yoga International Club”, and has been approved by headquarters to join the Association.

4.      Uphold the regulation, and have ability to keep all obligations in the Association.

Chapter Four: Enrollment Steps

Article 11. The steps to apply for the membership of the Association is listed as follows.

1.      Fill the form “Application for enrollment”, submit a copy of a valid business license.

2.      If your application passes a pre-screen from Secretariat, it will be delivered to chairman meeting for review.

3.      The Secretariat approves a new member under the authority of chairman. Then a final decision is confirmed at the next chairman meeting.

Chapter Five: Membership Rights

Article 12. All Association members are not discriminated in getting the same rights described in the regulation:

1.      Get free publication services to publish related content on the website provided by the Association. The published content should follow the topics in the members’ shared catalogs and tabs.

2.      Get free admissions to join training, seminars, expos, forums, etc., hosted by the Association.

3.      Members obtained authorization from Secretariat are eligible to host events on the behalf of the Association.

4.      Give suggestions and feedbacks to the Secretariat. Have rights to oversight the Secretariat.

Chapter Six: Membership Obligations

Article 13. Members must fulfill the following obligations:

1.      Obey the regulation, execute the decisions from the Association, follow the rules and agreements of the business.

2.      Take over the assigned tasks from the Association. Be supportive and have passion to join the events of the Association.

3.      Refer new members to the Association.

Chapter Seven: Funding

Article 14. The funding sources of the Association are from:

1.      Membership fees.

2.      Public donations.

3.      Earnings from consulting services provided by the Association.

4.      Other incomes.

5. If there are insufficient funds to cover major events, the funds are voluntarily collected from members by friendly negotiations.

Chapter Eight: Cancellation or Termination

Article 15. All members are free to enroll or cancel their memberships. For personal reasons to quit the Association, members are required to provide writing statements. The dismissed members are prohibited to host events on the behalf of the Association.


Article 16. For those members who are legally bankrupted, closed, dismissed, or unregistered, their memberships will be automatically revoked.


Article 17. For those members who violate the principle of the Association, or disobey the illustrated obligations in the regulation, their memberships will be terminated by the Association if negotiations do not take effect. Their internal activities will be due at the termination. The Association will announce the termination to all members.

Chapter Nine: Miscellany

Article 18. For the uncovered or related terms and conditions in the regulation, supplements and amendments can be applied by getting approvals from the Association Congress.


Article19. The regulation takes effect when it passes Association inaugural meeting.


Article 20. The Secretariat of the Association reserves the right to explain the regulation.
